Communication and Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing, you’ll be at the heart of our communications and marketing efforts: creating content, managing platforms, supporting teams, and participating in large-scale projects. This versatile and stimulating role will allow you to thrive in a collaborative environment and make a tangible contribution to the growth of a rapidly expanding company.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Develop the publishing schedule for various social media platforms;

  • Create original content, including text, visuals, and simple videos;

  • Participate in community management;

  • Create visual collages in Canva (proficiency in InDesign is a plus);

  • Participate in the management of promotional articles;

  • Collaborate on the writing and formatting of marketing documents and tools;

  • Regularly update website content;

  • Support the organization of internal and external events;

  • Participate in the creation and drafting of documents for

  • competition submissions;

  • Support marketing initiatives for real estate projects;

  • Support various departments with their graphic design, editing, and writing needs;

  • Perform all other related tasks.

Required skills

  • DEC or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or any other related field;

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role related to Communications and Marketing;

  • Proficiency with the MS Office suite and various graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.);

  • Excellent writing, infographics, and graphic design skills;

  • Ability to demonstrate creativity and work independently;

  • Strong sense of attention to detail, independence, and priority management;

  • Excellent command of written French;

  • Creativity, dynamism, and a collaborative spirit.

  • Provide high-quality customer service.
